Founder Cassie Walker has dedicated her career to reducing the impact that business has on the environment. In addition to her work at Three Elements Consulting, she is the founder of The Sustainable Office and creator of The Green Office Handbook, a practical guide to greening any office.

Cassie recently appeared as the business greening expert on The Lazy Environmentalist, and is a frequent contributor to Low Impact Living,the largest green home improvement site on the web. Cassie has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where she sits on the Alumni Board of Directors, and is a frequent speaker and panelist on topics related to green business. She also volunteers for several environmental organizations.

Our projects are diverse, but they all have one thing in common: reducing the impact that business has on the environment. Recently, we’ve created a customized training program to educate and certify our client’s 1,000 employees as Green Associates. We conducted a carbon footprint analysis for a coffee company. We’ve written business plans for a new line of sustainable diaper bags, and for an established ad agency moving into CSR communications. And, we’ve worked with a real estate development firm to reduce their office’s environmental impact.

Our clients want to do well by doing good, and so do we.

But we are limited by the number of hours in a day. So, to reach a broader audience and provide tools that anyone can use, we have launched The Green Office Handbook, a practical guide to greening any office. We’re also available to meet with your team to launch your greening program, or to work with you one-on-one to achieve your company’s sustainability goals.
